How can I reset my account or start over?

If you’d like to start fresh, you can simply delete your wallet and create a new one. This can be done in the wallet’s settings section. Please note that once a wallet is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Can I access my data on multiple devices?

Yes. You can securely access your account from multiple devices, desktop or mobile, using the same login credentials.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your experience, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I get help setting up my budget?

Absolutely. Our team is happy to guide you through the process of creating and organizing your budget to get you started on the right track.

Can I connect my bank or credit cards?

No. The Budget Tracker does not connect to banks or credit cards. All transactions are entered manually by the user to help you stay intentional and fully aware of your spending.
